Sparrow Engineering’s Houston manufacturing facility supports one of the largest domestic medical PPE deliveries to the U.S. Government in recent years: 32 million AAMI Level 2 isolation gowns produced under a partnership with Airboss Defense Group (prime vendor) and Maddox Medical (co-manufacturing partner).
The program reinforces U.S. pandemic-readiness and supply-chain resilience by keeping high-volume medical PPE production on American soil, aligned with Berry Amendment and Buy American sourcing principles.
Our 340-person workforce executes cut-and-sew, quality control, packaging, and shipment from the Houston facility under full traceability and federal procurement compliance.
